Adrian Peterson thinks Michael Vick would make Minnesota a playoff team

Quote:
Michael Vick will be a curious player in free agency. Some team will scoop him up because they need a quarterback and he's probably the best one on the market.

Adrian Peterson is already hoping that Minnesota is his landing spot.

YES PLEASE! Rick Spielman, make it happen!
May not have the best looking number...but it's the sexiest! -David Bakhtiari

I remember thinking this same think, Mucky, when the Vikings signed Randall Cunningham. At this point in my life, I tend to just let things unfold and comment on them when seeing the product put on the field.

Michael Vick is a good player. At any time, he can shape up - briefly - and play a super game. It has happened against the Packers. I prefer not to have him in Minnesota.

Updating a previous report, the Minnesota Vikings have agreed to terms with QB Matt Cassel on a two-year deal worth $10 million.

You could say the same thing about Christian Ponder and I don't mind him being in Minnesota.

I WOULD say the same thing about Ponder, and I'm glad he ..... oops, he's not gone, is he. When they had those three QBs, I was thankful they didn't stick with Ponder. I always thought if handled right, he could have been decent.

I'm fine with Cassell starting for them hahaha - mediocrity personified.
