This is really good news! I do think their new coach is a deeper thinker than his predecessors in Chicago. We really have been fortunate at the QB position.

I'm waiting to see how much they're paying him and how much of it is guaranteed. Hopefully, it's another Tony Romo or Joe Flacco deal.

Part of the reason that Cutler's record against GB is so bad is that for many of the years he's been there, he was behind one of the worst offensive lines of the 21st century. (Compared to the Bears OL a couple years ago, GB's OL (which IMO still sucked) was all-world.

And until he got Marshall and now Jefferys, he had very little in terms of receivers.

Oh, he'll have lots of boneheaded plays, and that is nice. Big Grin He's not in the top tier. But of all the quarterbacks for other teams the NFCN, he's the only one I'd worry about.

None of the above. It wouldn't have been a wasted vote. Obama and Romney -- Those were the wasted votes.

Lovey was a defensive guru. Trestman is an offensive guru. Might be able to make better use of Cutler.

Cutler is doing the same thing Stafford is doing in Detroit, throwing jump balls to tall receivers, you don't need to pay $100M for that kind of quarterback. The contract Rodgers signed was a steal, because we have a legitimate top tier quarterback that can slice and dice a defense. Good luck Bears.

That's great news, that gives 7 years for Rodgers to have a better chance to win SB's.
