This is THE game that if the Pack can win they will control their own destiny in the North.
I see where Jolly, Perry, Shields, and, Barclay are scheduled to practice today. Certainly good news as all of these guys can help.
Lions passing offense is dangerous but Stafford throws the ball to the other team often. MAYBE if our guys can get in position more and can hold onto the ball we can get some INT's.

Kind of a double edge sword here with Detroit blowing the last two. They aren't playing great but have their backs up against the wall now. Just like us.

We are tied for the lead in sacks with 37 but Stafford has been taken down only 14 times. It could be that which ever team wins that battle wins the game.

Should be a hell of a game.

Copy and paste what Warhawk wrote.

So the Lions are top 5 rushing defense means Mike McCarthy will try running the ball all game.

The Packers did run the ball well in the previous meeting

Definitely need to win this one. If we can just pull this one out of our ass with Flynn, Rodgers should be back for the rest of the season to win out. Hopefully anyway...haha.

If this game can't win ONE fucking game without Rodgers, then they are a bunch of fucking pussies who deserve to be eliminated from contention. Fuck them.

We also had Rodgers at QB and didn't see 8 and 9 in the box.

Boykin is my player to watch. Will Flynn have the time to get to him consistently. I assume some double coverage on Jordy will occur.

On defense we really need to get pressure in this game. Will be hard.

My player to watch is Schwartz. We are lucky to have him coaching the Lions because with a capable coach there would be no way we could defeat them without Rodgers.

And the biggest problem IMHO is not CJ. I see R.Bush running outside the tackles and a combination of a couple of good TEs as just too much for our LBs and Safeties.

Dunno man, we got a bunch of sacks against the Queens. Just couldn't cover anybody or stay in our gaps.

Run defense is bad because they are exposing players that have been back and forth from injury and certain players who are not consistent anyway (*cough* Raji). But yes run defense has been getting worse over the past month for sure. People are running more against anyway because you know who isn't playing :)

"After playing coy on Monday, coach Mike McCarthy confirmed that Flynn handled the first-team reps in Tuesday's practice. McCarthy stopped short of announcing Flynn as the starter, but all signs point in that direction."

Yaaaa! sounds like flynn may start. Least we got a chance now.

Be a rough game but should be a good one.
