Hey guys, whats going on? So, my cousin has a band, Conformity. They play out of North Carolina (he is originally from Chicago) and they just recently came home to play. I can say that I was blown away when I heard them because I didn't think my cousin had those types of abilities.

They are a small band and just signed to a very small label and they need and deserve all the help they can get. Right now they are entered in a contest Battle of the Bands for the Summer Fest (which most of you know of is a pretty big music festival in Milwaukee, Wisco).

He is very grateful that I am spreading the word about this and he is thankful for any votes his bands receive. He entered the contest two weeks late and jumped from 310 to 51 within a day. I am reaching out to anyone at all to please help me vote, help his band win...because they are very very very good and this is a perfect way to get their name out there.

The good news is, you do not need a Myspace account to do this (I don't have one) and you can vote 10 times per email, 20 times per IP address/ a day. Just check the box off and you will not get any updates or reminders after voting. His bands name is Conformity and yes, it is Metal. If you don't like Metal, take my word for it that they are very good for a starting band. If you like Metal, take a listen and you decide. Type Conformity into the search and it is easier to vote.

I love Metal. It is the ULTIMATE music for defending your compound against zombies.

We're blocked from myspace at work, so I'll vote when I get home.

If they're signed to a small label, they may be on eMusic.com. If so, I'll buy their mp3s as well as voting for them.

Blood, Sweat and Tears is dedicated to my cousin's dad in the Army (my uncle), my other uncle in the Army, my brother in the Marines, and the guitarist in the band...also in the Marines and of course to all the other troops out there.
