This is the hardest time I've ever had writing my glasses... I'm literally speechless...

The Glass Half Full
David Bakthiari: Credit where credit is due he had a very solid day. The OL played very well in general. (Hello Texas!)
The NFC: We are still on the race, the Vikings have a very difficult schedule and will slide as horrible as it was this lost wasn't critical.
Don Barclay: He had a good game when he was needed.

The Glass Half Empty
Mike McCarthy: Coaching is the art of making your talent look better than what really is, Mike is doing the opposite. You can't be a great coach in the good times and not have a solution in the hard times. The last 4 plays of our offense are impossible to describe what's the call? "somebody get open" ??
Eddie Lacy: Playing like a 5 year old kid, no responsibility.
Ha Ha Clinton Dix: Playing like a 5 year old kid, just be around and try to make a play. It doesn't work that way, his contribution to the defense was null.
Davante Adams: You saw the game, I rest my case.
A.Rodgers: If Tom is not going to do it, if Mike is not going to do it, do it yourself, change the offense, make it work. Brady's WRs are not better than ours and see how he is doing.
Nate Palmer: This guy can't play, am I the only one seeing it? He can't be on the field, he is useless.
Tim Mashtay: There's only one word to describe our punting game: Ridiculous. And it's just tragic that this is happening just as the offense is struggling.

Next: Calvin Johnson feasts on whoever is trying to cover him.

This is what I've been saying. Mike NEVER made them look better than they were. He ALWAYS made them LESS than the sum of their parts. Everyone just excused it, because they would win most of the time anyway.

As for Eddie Lacy, 6.2 per carry. But hey, let's go ahead and pass 43 times instead. 😱

Agreed on Lacy. Obviously his production is nice, but he should have had 2 fumbles tonight.

I've been optimistic about Davante and Richard Rogers when Uffda was ragging on them all summer. As of now, it looks like I'm eating some crow.

I've ripped on Bahktiari all season, but he had a good game. When he does this against a premier pass rusher in the league, I'll give him his accolades.

Completely agree on Palmer. Another square peg in the 3-4. Might as well play Jake Ryan in there for the toughness.

I sure hope Montgomery can play the rest of the season, cause deserves to ride pine until next year, when he can try and earn his spot as the 3rd wide receiver in training camp.

Palmer is a glass completely empty.
He looks totally lost out there, like he never played before.
Why is he even getting on the field is beyond me.

I feel like ranting on Davante because I keep seeing things from him that are making me close to blowing a gasket, but I'm gonna go try to "keep perspective".

Aaron Rodgers talked about them not being on the same page in terms of "depth" and you can tell. On the sidelines, on the int, it's hard not to assume that Davante is running routes like Jeff Janis out there.

Why isn't anyone complaining about God I men Rodgers? He is playing like total shit and it has nothing to do with the receivers, he doesn't even give his guys a chance to catch the ball. He had 4 plays to score and I had no confidence he was going to do it and he proved me right. 3 throwaways he don't even give anyone a chance and then throws a high pass to a guy that has someone all over him on a downpour. When was the last time he actually hit someone in stride and on the numbers?
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

He's also throwing off his back foot, not maintaining normal mechanics, which IMHO contributes to the drops. The ball isn't coming out in a uniform way, like the WR are used to seeing it. But hey, just keep coming out and blaming Davante, Aaron.
