The best thing for Abrederis is a year in the weight room, even if it is at the cost of an ACL injury.

Oh well at least it happened early. He probably wasnt going to do much this year anyway. Now he gets a red shirt year to bulk up and be more prepared. Also gives a shot to Janis or another of our 2nd year guys. Lol at firing the head coach cause a guy that gets hurt a lot got hurt.
