And I don't care what you think you know, beating down others "in the name of God's word" is bull shit! And I also believe these people are the antithesis of what Christ actually stood for. You don't wage war on poor and impoverished people because you're too cheap to pay your income taxes. Their ideology is absolutely ridiculous, and since you still subscribe to that line of thinking, I don't have a lot of faith in your judgment either.

I'm not going to argue this God/science shit with you guys because I don't know the answers, and guess what, none of you do either. But I'm a lot more inclined to believe what scientists teach us with facts versus dessert stories translated through the centuries by handwritten scrolls and human error.

Seems to me the most "hate" I see posted is by you.
You keep pointing out others faults but ignore
your own biased hatred or try to make out
yourself to be so much above everyone else.
You attack anyone that calls themselves "Christian" without considering each individual based on each
individual. You do the very thing you accuse
others of doing constantly. According to you, all
"Rich" people are "evil" (unless they are liberals
In which case you seem to give them an automatic
free pass).
Is it Mia being sick that made you hate God?
Fact is the good and bad get sick and we all will
die someday. I lost my Dad when I was 16, my Mom
when I was 33 and my only brother when
I was 36.
I myself have been sick since 1995.
I could blame God too. But man was given free
will and we are born into sin , like it or not.
The only reason I care about what you believe
is that I believe their is a life after death and
I don't want you spending eternity in Hell.

I care about YOU.
I gain NOTHING either way you decide
to believe. I don't say what I say for my own gain.

So you can hate me for my belief in God if you want. And for my concern about you.

Yes, it IS false.
Fact is, they carbon dated mollusk a and found them
to be "millions of years old". Oh.... Did I forget to
mention they were ALIVE when carbon dated?
Carbon dating is so unreliable it's rediculous
to use it at all.
Heck, they made carbon dating on several
sections of one mammoth, and came up with dates
tens of thousands of years apart. One ONE body!
Is that "accurate?"
Putting trust in THAT?
Talk about needing blind faith.
Everything evolution based is 100% on faith .
They have never shown one bit of scientific
proof.
Oh... They say it is there, but never show
anything that proves it.
I have just as much proof that God exists.

At least I admit my belief is faith based.

Are we going with DNA as also being unreliable if we are going to say Carbon Dating is not reliable?

Carbon Dating is only as good as the calibration used.

I alluded to this earlier, but I guess I need to spell it out. Carbon 14 has a half life of 5,730 years - meaning it is only accurate back that far. Potassium dating is notoriously unreliable even with scientists.

For the umpteenth time, the Bible does NOT say the earth or the universe are 6,000 years old. Genesis 1:1 could be 13.8 billion and accomplished by a big bang - no problem. Genesis 1:3 starts the 6,000 or so years, and that is scientifically supportable - nothing that science can measure or prove to counter it.

It's pretty common knowledge that the Bible dates back roughly 6,000 years. It is also becoming factual that science is crushing all the dessert fables credibility. But you all keep believing what you want the rest of us will move on and you will all slowly die off and be replaced. But do us all a favor, get cremated and don't waste space in a cemetery - the resurrection is the biggest farce ever. The idea of it has certainly created a lot of wealth for the churches though.

I guess subtlety is lost on you. What kind of a damn fool pretends to speak intelligently and doesn't know the difference between desert and dessert? Do you have sand in your honey?

Worse than that, though, how can somebody with the good fortune and blessing you have had be such a God damned blasphemous piece of shit?
