Green Bay — Don Barclay is hurting and Marshall Newhouse is failing, but the Green Bay Packers appear to have no immediate plans for Derek Sherrod to become their starting right tackle.

I'm ready to see what he's got. Sherrod must still really be bad off he at 70-80% is not better than Newhouse at 100%.

big deal. He has also stunk in most of those 30 plus games.

I think it's more a matter of conditioning at this point. I don't think Sherrod has the stamina to last a full game at RT.

probably so. Give him 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th Q. Or maybe a breather a couple of times during the game.

I assume if Newhouse goes down though, they repped Sherrod to be ready to step in at that spot. I would not expect him to be considered until after Thanksgiving anyway if at all this season. We shall see.

That quote drives me up a -ucking wall.

It makes no sense at all.

This is the same stupid reasoning that kept Walden starting for 2 years, kept Jarius Wynn here, Jarrett Bush, Tony Moll, Alan Barbre, Graham Harrell, and more.

All of them were absolute garbage, but stuck around because they were familiar.

I honestly think our staff has a serious issue with internal evaluation.

Time to play the old game which one of these doesn't belong.

There's one guy on your list who has contributed quite a bit.

Think Think Think

The rest i agree with.

I hope Sherrod gets in there and that he plays well. That would be very welcome at this point, given how lackluster Newhouse's play has been. Sherrod has all kinds of talent, just needs to get himself back into football shape, and I hope he is not far away there. This game will help him. Maybe Newhouse can pick his play up too, and we'll see some decent stuff from that right side of the line today.
