Good to hear somebody beside me saying we shoulda kept Vince Young instead of Seneca Wallace. Bayliss even went on to include Coleman and Harrell as better choices.

Known by who? I occasionally watch him, and he is no less idiotic than most of the media talking heads - better than most.

Skip Bayless is a real piece of shit. The only reason he has a job is to get folks riled up and he does a good job of it.

Skip Bayless has always been anti-Rodgers. His opinion is worthless to me when it comes to anything Packers.

This is pretty accurate... and it shocks me not that some of America enjoys his schpeel.

I wish at least ESPN would send him to a decent theatrical institution... it might make it less obvious the he just wants to spew hot air, hear himself do that spewing and an cause a faux controversy.
I think when there's enough will and aggression, there's no shortage of talent either.

Texas, I'm beginning to think you suffered a concussion during your spearing "tests." You should maybe go see a doctor. Citing these two to support your position Duh!

Skip is the same dipshit that tried to argue Rodgers is not a good leader because he does commercials; all while citing Brees, Brady and Manning as the best leaders at the position...

Steven A failed to call Bayliss out on this.

They're paid trolls.

Skip Bayless said the decision to go with Aaron Rodgers would cost McCarthy and Ted Thompson their jobs and he also said the contract Ted Thompson gave Rodgers in 2008 was a big mistake (turned out to be the biggest contract steal in the league). I wouldn't trust him on anything that has to do with Packers QBs.

I suppose I could be wrong - it's happened maybe 3 or 4 times now in my 66 years. I don't watch Bayliss very much. I was not aware of that anti-Rodgers stuff. Mostly he made good sense the times I watched him. Today, he didn't have anything negative to say about Rodgers, just about Wallace, and both he and Steven A seemed to take it as a given that we shoulda kept Vince Young over Wallace. THAT seems dead obvious.

They all make good sense when they are saying things you agree with. As soon as they have a contrary opinion and they become idiots and buffoons.

What gets me is how you are so certain that Vince young would have been any better than Wallace. I mean its one thing to have a strong opinion but you are acting like it was a simple as deciding between a night with Emma Watson and a sharp stick in the eye and Ted Thompson chose the stick.

And I should know, I've had a sharp stick in the eye and I have had a night with... well I have had a sharp stick in the eye. I can only imagine the other choice would be infinitely better.
I respect your right to have your opinion but that doesn't mean I agree with it or respect you for having it.

Vince has the physical skills, but he's a head case.

Seneca is a pro's pro. He also has a decade of experience in similar offensive concepts and phraseaology to that which he will be utilizing here.

I actually think Skip said that trading Favre to the Jets was the worst move any GM has ever made in history.

You'll have to excuse me for being old, but I don't even know who Emma Watson is hahahaha.

I assume you saw the same preseason games I saw, and for sure you watched last Monday night. I rest my case.

A decent backup QB should be able to come in the game and do like Josh McCown did when Cutler went out for the Bears ....... or a helluva lot of other backup QBs before that. Vince Young's ability to run combined with the game Lacy had would have been enough to beat the Bears, and if you don't think he would have been able to throw better than Wallace, well, you're beyond help.

BTW, my wife is 28, and she doesn't know who Emma Watson is either.

Vince Young has a lower career passer rating than Seneca Wallace. They both last saw action in 2011 and Vince Young played a bit worse than Wallace that year and was on a more talented team.

Vince Young is something like 31-13 as a starter (compared to 6-15 for Wallace), and the Titans weren't exactly a shining example of a good team.
