As a storage business owner, that show, dumb as it is, has helped me. We couldn't get people to attend our auctions a couple years ago and now we have crowds. Which means bigger sales. Which helps.

But it is nothing like those shows. That's just dumb.

Of course you should love that show. I know I do, but I'm in fantasyland when I watch. It's a life-long cheapness thing I got goin', lol

No surprise that it's fake. Another "reality" TV show that isn't reality at all.
And i KNEW that Chumlee couldn't be THAT stupid.
Stupid all the way to the bank.
I watch "Pawn Stars" to see all the neat stuff that's brought in. Same as "American Pickers". You see things you would never get to see otherwise.
But all these types of shows makes everyone think that their "junk" is some treasure. Which sucks, as flea markets where you used to be able to make some good deals, now become "antique" shows, where you pay top dollar.
I remember back when you could buy stuff for a good price. Now, forget it.
